Listen to my “Breakthrough” interview!
Here we are, the last week of November. Many are preparing for the holidays and traveling back home, or taking some time off work. Either way, it is that time of year where people begin to reflect on their lives, their friends and family, and give gratitude for the gift of being here. Currently, I am in the middle of preparing to launch my newest live album (which I am incredibly inspired about), and recently completed an interview on the Breakthrough Cocktail Podcast that I am thrilled to say is now available for your listening pleasure.
Listen to the Interview Now
I must say this is the clearest I have ever felt in an interview and I have to give it up to the interviewer, Gary Ware, founder of the Breakthrough Cocktail podcast for creating such an amazing container for all that came through.
Gary and I met last year at the Social Fresh Conference in San Diego CA and we both felt a connection. He then read my recent blog “Life… It’s a Dance” about my recent health challenges and how that affected my life path and music career. He contacted me about doing this interview and I was so stoked to share all I had learned, all of the growth I had experienced, so I jumped at the opportunity.
I am truly inspired with how it turned out. It felt like the most intimate and most accessible interview I have ever done. It clearly weaves through my life, my musical influences, what inspires me, how I got to where I am in both my music career and life path and so much more.
So, if you are looking for something to listen to on your drive home, your flight to see family, or just need a break from your to-do list, this interview is full of great takeaways of life-lessons and awakenings that I have personally experienced and learned.
From this interview, you will learn
How to use improv to find joy
How to follow your heart to do things that you love
How to attract positivity in your life
The value of mini meditations to help you stay present
Thanks again to Gary Ware of Breakthrough Cocktail Podcast for creating this container and this opportunity for me to share my Life and Music with both of our followers. Truly an honor.
Without further adieu, here is the interview, "Being Present & Living In The Moment with Cornflower"
