Yoga Central invites you to take part in their first First Friday Live Music + Yoga Social on August 4th from 7-9pm at their studio located at 213 E Fifth Avenue Knoxville, TN. This special event is a vinyasa class with an amazing musical guest once a month performing live as you are guided through breath and movement! Settle into your weekend with a night of rhythm and flow and enjoy social hangs, dancing, and live music following class. Craft makers and artisans welcome!

Savannah Robertson is known for her authentic, non-judgmental teaching style and compassion-centered philosophy. Weaving mindful pranayama and thought-provoking meditations through a vinyasa-inspired flow, Savannah encourages her students to connect with their physical and spiritual self, citing the interconnectedness to each other, to the world, the universe, and beyond.

Cornflower is a vocalist, live looper, and one-man jam band. His music is a fusion of organic a cappella Soul-tronica. Cornflower’s intention is to channel music that inspires, empowers, and uplifts people into presence and connection with themselves and to each other, creating a community of inspired individuals living their purpose. Cornflower’s ‘vocal instrumentation’ brings you into the moment, using ‘beatboxing’ to set your body in motion to his soaring melodies and atmospheric grooves looped right before your eyes.
