We are so inspired to announce an intimate evening of music, community and dance with Cornflower & The Ancient Wild at The Haven in Ashland OR on Saturday November 21st at 7pm. The evening will include 2 sets of music (The Ancient Wild will open with a 1 hour set and then Cornflower will close with a 1 hour set). There will be a 20-30 minute intermission, so come prepared for a beautiful evening of dancing and musical celebration.

Cornflower
Cornflower is a vocalist, live-looper and one-man jam-band. His music is a fusion of organic a cappella Soul-tronica. Cornflower’s ‘vocal instrumentation’ brings you into the moment, using ‘beatboxing’ to set your body in motion to his soaring melodies and atmospheric grooves that are looped right before your eyes. Cornflower’s intention is to channel music that inspires, empowers and uplifts people into presence and connection with themselves and to each other, creating a community of inspired individuals living their purpose.

The Ancient Wild
Foot-operated percussion, the Celtic harp, rhythmic guitar, and harmonizing male/female vocals make up the unique, synergistic sound that is the Ancient Wild. Elements of classical, metal, flamenco, and folk run through their instrumentation, and their inspired lyricism calls for visceral notice of the beauty that surrounds us. A love for the earth lies majestically, sometimes lamentingly, within each note and word.
